Ecoplexus is a leader in installing solar on multi-tenant properties, having completed more than thirty (30) such installations, offsetting both common area and tenant meters.   Ecoplexus installed among the first Virtual Net Metering (VNM) Systems in California - whereby a single solar PV system offsets mulitiple meters.   For the Consolidated Area Housing Authority of Sutter County (CAHASC), the Company installed a 154KW ground-mounted system which offsets the electrical usage of 36 duplex apartment buildings utilizing VNM. The single PV system will offset approximately 50% of the electrical usage and enery bills at each of the 72 apartment units at the property.
